RE: Can i use 5ktq injectors on an UrQ metering head?
I'm not sure I follow you on this one.
His is an 83 US UrQ - I'm not sure what year yours is (nice shape though -
saw the picks). His will have the lower pressure system which will not
permit the use of the new injectors due to the different fittings on the
fuel lines. I wouldn't be surprised if your UrQ uses the same high pressure
system as the MC but his won't.
So the question is; can He use the new injectors in His UrQ?
It is interesting that your engine bay seems to contain all the parts that
my MC does in a much smaller space. Given that the 200 gets really hot in
there I wonder if you find that yours has a harder time getting cool intake
air than mine?

See http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/eng.html for a reasonable set of
pictures of my engine bay, including a close-up of the fuel metering
head and lines. I think Scott and I finally came to the conclusion
that the air box lid is the only major part different between the
MC(-2) and the MB fuel systems.
