buying reject parts isn't *that* bad. i cite the windshields
honda rejected, based solely on sticker placement.
chances are, for instance, most of your stereo equipment has
"reject" parts somewhere inside. high-end people like, say,
nakamichi, will qc test a the dolby chips they buy. the ones
that fail they sell to sony. sony tests them for their ES
line, and the failures get tested for the regular line. the
failures of those they sell to rca, etc etc until radio
shack finally gets them.
