87 5ktq parts needed

Hey all, need some parts for my newly aquired 87 5ktq, heres the list:

1)  right side console trim panel, black,5spd, not the carpeted type
2)  shift knob and boot, is there a good after market source for both of 
these?
3)  rear seat bottm cover, black leather with brownish leather in the 
middle, i can send a picture if you thiun you might have it.
4)  front seat covers passenger or drivers side, just need one good seat 
cover to fix both of mine
5)  pearl white bumper cover, hood , and drivers fender.
