I meant under the plastic cover at the base of your cars windshield--the
cover that the wiper arms poke thru.  There's a long rubber gasket that goes
across the entire length of the engine compartment on the front edge of the
cover.  You have to remove it to see under the cover.  Not a bad idea to
shoot it with some silicon spray while you have it off.  Preserves the
rubber.

BTW, on my car, a 1989 200 TQ, the low pressure port turned out to be right
on the compressor itself.  Put the oil in ok, but the compressor is still
making a terrible racket and now cools not at all.  Apparently the little
R-12 that was left in there has escaped.  Not sure if the compressor is shot
or just needs freon.
