On page 170 of the July Motor Trend there is a article on the Chrysler
Corp.
It states how alot of the  top execs and design engineers are leaving
the Company.
The reason is Benz is taking over all aspects of management of the
company
and they can't do anything without checking with Benz.  This is contrary
to what Benz
said they would do whrn the purchased Chrysler. 

Hate to see a good company go DOWN.
