Need advise, replacing front subframe bushings '86 5kcstq

I have replaced my strut mounts, strut bearings, control arm, and the
swaybar bushings last week. Tomorrow, I am going to replace my 4 front
subframe bushings. I wondered if there are any good tricks, getting the old
ones out, and the new ones in. I am especially worried about the front rear
ones.Could they be pressed in with good lubrication and a air hammer?
