New Quattro Owner

Thanks to the replies from various members... specifically to Nick
Brame, Michael Stocker, Brandon Blexrude, Igor Kestral, Robert Myers,
Jon Linkov and especially thanks to Michael Williams for some insights
into the Audi pricing incentives, I was successful in getting a new A6
Avant Quattro today. I don't get the car until Friday but it is a done
deal so I can be included as an owner of a Quattro now!! 

The (16 inch) GoodYear tires don't excite me too much. They look like
smooth road tires but do not have real aggresive tread for the snow. Do
many of you use winter tires and if so what kind. Probably no need for
snow tires for acceleration but would help in braking I would think.

I mentioned installing a hitch for pulling a light trailer but the
dealer did not know if there was any trailer weight limit. Do any of you
have a trailer hitch??... any problem pulling a small trailer 
occasionally. 

Again, thanks to you all for your help. By the time I went to the dealer
I had all kinds of knowledge...
