4kq fuel pump relay......fixed

Thanks to all that responded with hints about the fuel pump relay location.
It is, in fact  #10, and is labeled on the lid as K-Jetronic, Diesel
preglow. I jumpered it out and it started immediately. As I was inspecting
the circuit board of the relay I found a cooked solder joint where the
normally open terminal of the relay meets the board. Looks as though it got
fairly warm, although there was no heat damage to the board itself. I'd have
to guess that it was a compromised joint from the start, which would, due to
the increased resistance of the bad joint, generate more and more heat until
the joint finally fails. A simple solder vac and resolder did the trick.
