If you have no battery light with ignition on, pulley diameter isn't the 
problem...  Yet.  The pulleys are slightly underdrive, and Bosch has a wide 
range in terms of acceptable drive size, and +12v to the field plug at the 
alt produces charging.

I'm thinking there is something wrong with the ignition <on> circuit.  He has 
no dash lights whatsoever and some other electrical related problems.  Most 
likely due to some hasty removal of relays and former Mac11 related wiring.  
Should have it figured out tonight.  Will keep you posted.
