120 tooth cam belt - GBP 18.33 ($29.33)
Water pump (ex.) - GBP 25.38 ($40.60)
Tension roller - GBP 49.35 ($79) <<<---WHAT THE ****???

No surprise that people don't change the tension roller is it....
