Re: secondary water pump on an 87 5kt
When you get your turbo motor installed in your 4K car, Marc, you'll want
to hook up some kind of pump where that elbow is now. It's
the after-run water cooler for the turbo. The recommended
alternative to Audi'$ part is a Shogun water pump designed for racers
that will fit right in the normal location and plumb to the normal tubing
and hook into the regular wiring to supply the coolant as the car's
sensor system determines it's needed. See archives

for June 13 for sources.
