The transmissions are not the same, the 89 is a 4.11 gearset with different 
ratios than the Urq 3.89 gearset.  The 90 trans should fit, but you will need 
trans front, diff rear, and driveshaft rear (the 90 has a torsen, you have a 
locker, the torsen is longer).  You may have a problem bolting the urq 
driveshafts up to the 90 trans as well.

IF you want to do a 4.11 conversion, use the 4kq, it's a direct 3.89 to 4.11 
016 Locking Diff swap, driveshafts the same.  The 5th gear in the 4k 4.11 
revs higher than the 3.89 urq.
