Yes, I do remember that now from your checklist. Well, they're definitely
studs and nuts on mine. I ended up giving up on them and just removing the
fasteners at the WG pipe to exhaust pipe. They were much easier to get to
and had larger heads, though the bolt and nut required a wrench and a
socket wrench. Socket wrench from below, wrench on top held by my hand
coming in through the right tie-rod hole--an access hole I got know pretty
well changing the rack! That hole comes in handy.
