  There is always the compressor-less 460 air conditioning 
  system.  That's 4 windows down at 60 mph. 
  (OK, 475 or 480 might be more truthful)
  
  Of course, the aerodynamic drag of this system at 60 mph 
  would most likely be more detrimental than having the AC 
  compressor on with the windows up.  Low maintenance and
