UrQ Cam Follower Tool - HELP

I've only had help from the illustrious Steve B. on
this one, and I KNOW there are plenty of people out
there who've adjusted their solid lifter shims. My
exhaust valves are way too tight. Can anyone tell me
whether Hazet 2574 will work to depress the cam
buckets? Steve's tool (that he has used
succesfully)says Hazet 2574-1. Bentley lists Tool No.
2078, which Zelenda also sells.

I tried using the 2574 and it doesn't see to fit under
the cam. Can anyone help me out with some BTDT's?
