UrQ diff lock light flashing?

The rear diff locks fine a couple of seconds after pulling the knob, but the 
center took much longer and apparently never fully engaged, as the light 
would flicker on and off.  All of the vacuum lines and switches were replaced 
not too long before I bought the car, having cracked/failed/etc because the 
car spent most of it's time in a garage, under a cover.  I know the 
adjustment between the center and rear diffs is critical, but haven't messed 
with it yet, as it's worked perfectly.  Thanks in advance!
