You shouldnt have to remove the nose to replace the condensor, it will
come out without doing that.  Removing the top forward radiator hose is
a plus though.

One tip: When pulling the condensor out and putting it back in, be
CAREFUL not to puncture your radiator. I recommend ptting a piece of
cardboard between the two before installation/removal.
