'95 S6 for sale in San Francisco

Hey all, there's a 1995 S6 for sale in San Francisco.  It has 38,000 miles.
It is silver with black leather.  Asking price is $26,000.  In a word, it is
my dream car.  It is being shown by a private seller at 5pm PDT on July 15
(no doubt to several other suitors).  I plan to show up with a certified
check for the car (hopefully all will check out OK upon
inspection)...however, I'm not totally convinced I can afford it at this
point.  Anybody else interested if I decide to bail out?  It'd be nice to
know I had a back-up plan if I felt I rushed into things too quickly.  Any
thoughts?
