1991 90q20v price?

Listers,

I'm in need of some wisdom concerning the purchase of a 1991 90Q 20V.

The car has the following qualities:
Black/Grey Leather
86K on the ticker (timing belt unchanged)
One owner (oil changed every 3k with Castrol 20/50
Always garaged
Perfect mechanically and cosmetically excepting:
Non-working dash lights for both heated seats
Intermittently working light for rear window swith
Ding in rear bumper cover.

Everything else works and looks perfectly.
Drives like a new car.

The guy just picked up his new A4 and is asking $9500 for it.

What should I be paying?
(comes with bra and rack)
