Wow....I am visioning a guy with his head stuck out of the sunroof, check out 
the girl next to him with this right feet flipping down the rear seat and 
changing the CD with the toe.  the left hand steering and the right 
upshifting while throwing the coke up to your face.  I still can't picture 
the joint getting passed around though...=)
