I own an 80 Quattro with 114,000 miles on it. It is in desparate need of TLC. 
Is there anyone on the list that would be willing to help me start 
troubleshooting some of these annoying problems ?

1) Poor Cold Start.
2) hesitation during warm up period.
3) Stalling during warm up period.
4) General lack of power even when warm.
5) Transmission noise yet undetermined.

I am located near Kingston NY and would be willing to travel an hour or 2 to 
some one who could help. I have a Bentley, and very basic tools, including a 
DMM.
