Has anyone seen this Audi TV commercial?

Forgive me if I've got the details wrong, but it's something like this:

First scene: shot in B&W, young guy looks at gleaming bike in window of
motorcycle dealership. Lettering on the window is in Italian.
Second scene: guy's a little older now, still looking at bike.
Third scene: guy (older still) with helmet in hand, looking at bike,
opening door of shop...
Change from B&W to colour, guy looks over his shoulder and sees gorgeous
red A4 Avant passing in slow-mo. Guy visibly changes his mind.
Title: 'Audi A4 Avant. The shape of dreams is changing'
