Strappin' the Intercooler - '87 %KCSQT

I'd appreciate a prompt reply on how to strap an intercooler for an 
'87 5kcsqt or similar.  My additional turbo boost mod is working too 
good, and it blew out the side a second time after the plumbing strap 
I'd wrapped around and tightnened did not keep it together.  I think 
I'm getting around 20 PSI of boost off the ECU port, but haven't 
gotten enough test runs to be sure.

Also any other hose modifications to perform while I'm doing this for 
the second time.  That rubber hose right off the turbo has me 
surprised it didn't blow first! Any good hardware store available 
replacements?  Michelin Man seems OK for now.
