This was discussed at length very recently... I think there were far to
many reasons not to do it, two of which are overlapping technology and
owners of two very different cars.

You might want to go to the archives and try to find the threads - the
main subject line was "Type 44 List". I  think it started in mid May and
ran through mid June, or thereabouts.
