AC Blower - Diag - R&R ?

The AC blower on my 1990 100 (with climate control) just stopped
working the other day.  when I select AC or Econ I can hear the clicks
and flaps but the blower is silent.  What is most likely suspect ?  

All fuses in the fusebox under the hood check out OK.  Should I suspect
the motor.  I have seen atleast one very brief description of replacing
the motor on the 20v list which says that this can be done without
replacing the dash !?

Is there any way for me to confirm that the motor is shot and does
anybody have detailed instructions on replacement ?
