Remove the RH headlamp. Then you can get to the rest of the clamps and
wrestle with the box top enough to get the filter in or out.

However, to remove the headlight on the 90q, one has to remove the bumper
(which entails removing the fog lights, and the bumper bolt covers without
breaking them), the trim piece above the bumpers, and the lights.  You will
still have to do most of what I described in a previous post.
