removing "standard" female lugs from connectors

OK, I'm totally used to the "old" style where you just depress the
little tab and the lug pops out.  Even have bought a bunch of new ones
for making harnesses.

But how does one remove the "new" style that came in about 84?  The
window switch sockets actually have locking flaps that Tamara
discovered, to allow the terminal to be removed, but now I'm trying to
use some of the relay sockets - they appear to be one piece.

Any hints or clues would be appreciated...
