Change clutch master and slave cylinders, use ONLY DOT-4 brake fluid -
DOT-3 will ruin your new ($$$$) parts. Change both - when one goes, the
other is not far behind it. Don't try to rebuild since this (unfortunately)
usually isn't successful, and then you just wind up doing the job over.
I've bought these parts from All-European (see vendor list) for about $90
for the clutch master, $60 for the slave. Coupla hours work, there's a
trick to changing the slave - if you're going to do this yourself, check
the archives for detailed procedure. The master changes in 15 minutes, but
you have to take a 6mm allen wrench and shorten the short leg slightly for
better access. If your cruise stops working after you've changed the
master, you bumped the switch or some hoses.
