pressure accumulator(brakes)

 I just found out that I'm going to have to replace my pressure
accumulator for my brakes, I've got prices of ($260.00 O.E) is that a
good price or is there a cheaper alternative? Also should i replace any
thing else while I'm there? My car is a 87 5ksq original owner with
176k on the clock as of yesterday(runs like 20k)MAINTENENCE
