Regarding your suspension, check with Blaufegnugen (sp) at 
www.audiquattroparts.com  They are also doing some things with an exhaust 
system that look and sound good.  I see no reason why they wouldn't ship to
the U.K.  If you remove the cat. converter, wouldn't the drop in backpressure 
require some adjustments in the fuel delivery system (input=output) unless 
you go to a more restrictive muffler (which, I think, is defeating your 
purpose?)
