	The fuel pump relay I believe is labeled under the CIS fuel injection 
relay, or something of that wording.  It's located in the fuse box under 
the hood.  Don't be fooled by the sound of the fuel pump coming on when you 
turn the key.  The same thing happened to my '86 4kq.  The relay would 
click on when I turned the key, but when I went to start the car, it would 
flip back off.  I replaced the relay, and no more problems.  I'm not saying 
it is definitely your relay, but it's worth looking into.  Hope this helps.
