May settle in UK/some Audi content

The idea has been around for a few years now, but has gotten more serious
now. I'm planning to possibly move back to and settle in the UK (I am a
British citizen, by the way).

I was wondering if any listers in the UK (particularly England) can give
me advice. I'm currently a college student, will most likely give up my
credits here in favor of starting new (shorter term programs there, I
won't lose any or much time).

I'm trying to find out for sure about college costs, if I'll be treated as
an outsider (as far as costs go), how long I need to establish residence
(if I am treated as an outsider), and what the job outlooks are. I may
want to work for a semester (doesn't need to be a big time job, I have
skills in many areas) to establish res and make money.

Before I go, if I go, I will sell my car and about seven years worth of
Audi parts that I've accumulated. I inventoried everything and I can't
even believe all of the odd and ends I have. No requests, please.

Audi content: my car got broken into and my cd player was stolen. oh well.
I'm more upset about the damaged door locks. I did have a set on my old
car, but they aren't compatable with the lock sensors on the 87 models.
It's not a loss; just more work.
