A _very_ otherwise one! Run, not walk away from them.

They rounded off and destroyed both adjusters on my '89 200TQ coz they
didn't even have decency to use metric wrenches. The said adjusters are
not sold separately, one has to buy the whole new assy ( >$200 each
side).
I machined my own adjusters out of the 304 stainless with the beefy 19mm
hexes (I chose the 3/4" hex stock coz it is 19.02mm - see my very
detailed post circa spring 1996). I have an Austrian-made metric lathe
in my lab which allowed me to cut the required odd ball 16x1.5mm RH and
LH threads on the adjusters. Chances are, not too many listers can do
this at home.

Re: A4 - don't even think of taking for a non-dealer alignment. The car
has a sophisticated multilink suspension and requires a special, very
expensive alignment machine.

How I know all this?
All Hunter alignment machines have my X-Y gravity sensors in their
detachable wheel units _and_ I own the '98.5 A4 myself.
