ur-q idle speed adjust...

Okay....I get the car to store it and save it as
a play thing...
Then the state intervenes....
says I need to license it, and pay taxes, within
15 days...
AND(!!!).....test for emissions.....
but wait.....your idling too fast....
you'll spew far too many hydrocarbons every
couple of months when you go for a drive...

can someone point to a simple "idle adjusting
screw" on an '83 ur?
