well, now that I've succeeded in using the stolen "alternating image"
script, the file probably won;t even stay that way... as Elliot Potter
pointed out (and graciously sent me an example of) using the mouseover
to launch a new browser window is much more effective and addresses
these screen size issues.

So once I figure out how to ensure that the vin data is more accurate
(and perhaps even international!) I will almost certainly set it up that
way.
