I dunno where I found out (maybe Eric Fluhr's site?), but my car's
original highway EPA figure was 28.

I just filled it to the brim, 446 miles / 15.45 gal = 28.96 mpg!  I
guess that CIS-E swap was worth it!

btw, that mileage is with plenty of 5k-7k rpm nasties and 80% hwy miles.
