Ethanol usage - BTDT!

Hello List:

I once used Ethanol in a full tank of gas in my 84 Audi 4000 with CIS.

I used about 1 liter (1 quart) in a full tank and it killed my car. I
simply added the bottle and started driving, so maybe the stuff you buy
is properly mixed. Anyway, got no leaks, but the fuel pump, fuel
distributor and injector lines were coated with some black stuff and the
car never ran right. I sold it....

I think the Ethanol dissolved something in the tank and it clogged
everything.

Don't use Ethanol, you'll kill your FI system...
