RE: 4KSQ CO Adjustment
Hi Shayne,
I think you will need a gas analyzer, even just a quarter turn makes a lot of difference. Sounds to me like it's the idle adjustment screw, is it made out of brass? If you screw it all the way out it should have an O ring on it and have a pointed end. Beware Audi don't sell the O rings. Did you see my post yesterday on cleaning throttle bodies? Well worth doing your car is very similar to mine ( Coupe Q).
Mail me if you want to know anything else.
Best Regards
Iain

Subject: 4KSQ CO Adjustment
Is there anyway to get the CO adjustment close without using a gas analyzer
(something I don't currently own)? Also, what is the adjustment screw on
the top of the intake manifold right under the throttle linkage?
TIA, Shayne.
