Be advised.  The calendars themselves are cheap enough but the shipping
charges become *SIGNIFICANTLY* larger when repackaging and shipping to the
final destination is added in.  The total per calendar cost will likely be
about US$25 or thereabouts when all is completed - if you can get
cooperation from Germany - more if you can't.
