Setting up AWD suspension

Hello all,

I'd like to ask for some recommendations on the proper set-up of an awd
Quattro/Syncro type suspension for street/competition. I'd like to reduce
understeer as much as possible (at the last ice race/rally cross the car had
profound understeer). I need to know front to rear spring ratio's (for
example, if front is 200lb/in what should the rear rate be?), appropriate
front and rear swaybar sizes... etc. I run Koni yellow adjustables converted
to coil over, so spring rate choice is free.

Weight bias front to rear is estimated to be about 55/45. Strut suspension
up front, independent trailing arm Syncro in rear.

Thanks for any and all help,

Brian
