Commonwealth of Independent States (formerly - USSR).

Two models are known to me:
1. Elektronika (Electronics), made in St. Petersburg (formerly -
Leningrad), Russia.
2. Polesie (Forest), made in Minsk, Belorussia.

I have one of type 1) and two of type 2) in my cars.
Both have antiglare tinting and green luminescent see-through displays
in the upper right corner. The first type has two independently
programmable built-in timers, the second type - just one.

Best of all - both types run in the European 24hr format!

You can see a small bottom part of such mirror on the cockpit shot of my
now gone '89 200TQ on my old rudimentary page (excuse the crappy look):
