The last time I did this was on an '87 5k and it took me just under an hour, 
start to finish (a tire wrap around the cam sprocket and timing belt to 
preserve its alignment helps speed thing up), and I paid $15 each from GPR 
... IMHO, I'd skip the testing stage and replace them all at the same time.  
Whatever caused some of them to go bad will almost certainly cause the rest 
to follow soon enough and I hate to do repairs twice...
