Bosch fuel system mechanic needed in NY/CT

    I got pinned with a $140 bill today after I had my mechs look into fuel
system problems, but according to them the DPR harness was disconnected and
that's it.  $140 to plug something in and the car still runs exactly the
same with the same problems.  They checked the diff and final drive fluids
for $20 as well.  SO I have reached the conclusion that they are not doing
their job at all.  I have been complaining about surging for two years, they
replaced a grand worth of parts and the car runs exactly the same.
    Now I am looking for a Bosch able mechanic, anyone who has the tools and
the know how to fix my system.  I will drive anywhere at this point, take
time off from work, supply parts, anything!  Please help my car, this has
been going on for years.
