Definally too loud.  You will not even notice the increase in HP.  Maybe 5 HP 
or 10 at most.  As for sound...., its going to sound like a Honda Civic with 
a Coffee Pot muffler.  But some people like that sound.  Just don't get 
pulled over with it.
