Does this S4 exist?

Maybe I am wrong. But I have never heard of a '94 twin turbo Audi S4. I
heard a rumor, however that the arrival of next year's S4 (based on the A4)
will have a V6, twin turbo. Can anyone shed some light on this guys blurb
above. Does he not know what he is talking about? Or does he have a really
rare S4?
