exhaust enhancement - 1990 80q

so, you know, while i'm waiting for my AAN to arrive (darned unreliable 
UPS) i want to make my 80q a little bit more spritely.  exhaust is my 
target area.  obviously, having just bought a brand-new engine, i want to 
keep from spending too much money, so a scorpion is out of the question.

i have a great muffler shop here in town who will bend me some ss pipe, 
and i was going to ditch the primary resonator. i was thinking of either 
getting a high perf muffler from some speed shop or use a 5kt muffler as 
i have heard is an improvement.  i have also heard things about the 4kq 
manifold.  wil that be an improvement on my 80q?  here are some other 
questions:

1.any other suggestions for the manifold/downpipe?

2.what should i do about a cat?

3.what is the diameter of the 5kt exhaust?

4.anybody wanna sell me some parts?
