 AFAIK there is no ready-made conversion "kit" for such a thing.
 Home-brew hacks only, using various parts from other models.

just curious, which other models, and does anyone have pics? hmmmm i wonder 
if the '78 US model 5k's (quad round) headlight units would work? My 
nighttime vision is poor, and the DOT turbo lites suck... i was thinking of 
plunking down the bux for some euro's, but i am always open to other ideas, 
if they look decent..     Funny thing..the PO of my '86 5kT beater  - also a 
Q-listmember  - (Eugene, are you out there? it's still on the road :<)  put a 
pair of the '83 down 5k H4 headlights from a Euro model in there..and kept 
the turbo grille, and just used some non-turbo typ44 side marker lites with 
it....it actually looks half decent!!!!  get alotta doubletakes, tho...

as far as the typ44T euros -  i saw Blau had the Euro's for the 5kT for 
around $375 for the pair.. has anyone beat this price?
