New Torque spec established

Huw and I established a new torque spec for harmonic balancer bolt on a 4kq.
Keep turning until the Craftsmen 6" hardened impact extension breaks. I
quote:

Huw " DO you still feel some give?
Me  " Uh-huh"
Huw " Keep tightening"
Loud SNAP - extension breaks
Me  "Do you think its tight enough?"
Huw "I think that's good!"

My public thanks to Huw without his little wit and significant expertise in
water pumps and timing belts (or is that significant wit and little
expertise!) it wouldn't be done.  Also thanks to Chris Miller for the use of
his front seal puller and installer.

The only thing left is "another" wheel bearing. (5 wheel bearings in 2 weeks
a personal record).
