If you're referring to the hydraulic pressure accumulator in
the brake/steering assist system (aka "bomb"), the factory
part is not rechargeable.  Replace it with a new one.

There had been some discussion on this list about modifying
the bomb to make it rechargeable but I'd feel a lot better
just getting a new one.
