It sounds like you are in dire need of a four wheel alignment, Bob.

Can't answer this one. Is this a full size spare or a space saver? The
space savers always have larger rims than the full size tires.

All four wheel diameters should be the same. If they aren't, the
differentials have to work harder to compensate for the different rotational
speeds ( it's like you are always turning a corner)

All rotors will turn on the hubs so the holes don't line up. There used to
be a special plastic pin in the tool kit which threaded into a bolt hole,
holding the rotor in place and aligning the wheel holes when you mounted it.

Best snow performance is obtained with narrower tires.
